Portal activation journey.

This route now handles the secure activation journey. Valid tokens can be turned into real portal accounts, while expired or reused invites are stopped cleanly.

1. 1Invitation issued by management after lead approval.
2. 2Customer clicks secure one-time link from email.
3. 3Token is validated and expiry checked.
4. 4Customer creates password and verifies account.
5. 5Privacy and data-processing consent captured.
6. 6Portal account activated and dashboard unlocked.
